Run Structure
Runs will be coordinated in pace waves (to be released prior to event day) with pacing groups from above 30 minutes to sub 20 minutes.Â
Run waves will either be in lanes 1-4 (12.5 laps) or lanes 5-8 (~11.5 laps).Â
This event will not be chip timed. It is up to participants to "clock" their time at the finish line stop clock. We encourage participants to run the full official distance and not use their GPS watch time.Â
MANA wants to emphasise that this isn't a typical running "race" environment, we realise the track can typically be scary. No winners, no losers. A celebration of hard work. With front and back pacers for each run wave, every runner is celebrated.

Nike Shoe Demo 0945
Nike will be joining us for a free shoe demo - a chance for you to try on the best running shoes on the market for your 5000m run (or just a test jog around the car park). Choose from their top of the range racing shoes or max cushioned all rounder shoes.Â
Run Waves 1015-1130
The oval office full of runners chasing a shiny new PB - a beautiful thing. Your run wave group timing will be announced prior to the day. Our event pacers will gather you to the start line 5 minutes before run start.
Celebrate 1130Â
Bask in the glory, PB or no PB - you deserve it! Grab a post run coffee and pastry from the Interval Running fuelling station.Â

Run Waves
Please study the run waves table prior to the event (to be released at a later date). Upon arrival, please check in at MANA welcome desk to receive run wave bands. Run waves will be called and assembled as outlined.
Spectators
Spectators, family, friends are all very welcome (and free) - bring the noise! Tickets can be secured online. Â
